Additionally, I offer training in sound recording so you can get to learn and use the studio yourself. This covers all aspects of sound production from microphone choice and positioning to final CD mastering and can include working with midi.  Each course is individually tailored, and charged at the instrument teaching rates, so please call or email me for detailed information.

If your project will take more than one day, Grappay Charpentier is the perfect location for making recording both relaxing and rewarding. Nestled in a beautiful rural area of North West France, this 'longère' farmhouse is an wonderful peaceful setting in which to work. 
We have self-catering gite accommodation for up to 6 people so you can cook up a storm, or visit the many reasonably priced places to eat all around the area - the town of Gorron is just 2.5 kilometres away. There are lots of Chambres D'Hôtes and friendly hotels within a few kilometres of Grappay.
The Gite has spectacular views both front and back. There is a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven and full sized gas hob, showerroom/WC, two bedrooms and a comfortable lounge with satellite TV.
